摘    要:运用微型固定床反应器装置,研究了Mo/HZSM-5催化剂的Mo载量、金属助剂改性、载体模数对甲烷无氧芳构化反应性能的影响。结果表明,Ni/Mo摩尔比为0.1的Mo-Ni/HZSM-5(SiO2/Al2O3=25)催化性能最好,其稳定性较好,芳烃收率最高可达15.74%;此时甲烷转化率60.24%,芳烃选择性26.13%。

Abstract:The activities of Mo/HZSM-5 catalysts were examined in a fixed-bed flow microreactor. The influences of Mo loading, promoter and SiO2/Al2O3 ratio on the performance of the catalysts were investigated. It was found that Ni(0.1%)-Mo(3.5%)/HZSM-5 (SiO2/Al2O3=25) was the best catalyst, on which the maximum yield of aromatics was 15.7% with the conversion of methane of 60.2% and the selectivity to aromatics of 26.1%.
