Abstract:The activities of Ni loaded catalysts for the combined partial oxidation and carbon dioxide reforming reaction to produce synthesis gas have been studied by using a fixed-bed flow apparatus. It is found thatNi/Al2O3 catalyst. as compared with Co/Al2O3 and Fe/Al2O3 catalysts, is the best one The yields of CO and H2 rise with the increase of temperature(700-850oC)The addition of oxygen raised largely the space velocity of methane and inhibits the carbon deposition on catalyst.
