| 摘 要： | A modified kinetic equation was derived from an improved model by consideringthe influence of molar ratio on the two-reactant plasma reaction.The equation satisfactorilydescribes the relation of the conversion or the selectivity to the plasma power,the total flow rate andthe molar ratio used in the oxidation reaction of methane in nonequilibrium plasma and well tallieswith the experimental data. |
