摘    要:对液相一步法合成气制二甲醚过程在温度260~300℃,压力4MPa,尾气流速45L/h和搅拌速度1250rpm的条件下考察了催化剂浓度对反应性能的影响。在其它条件不变的情况下,提高催化剂浓度可以提高CO和H2转化率、甲醇选择性,但降低了二甲醚选择性和单位质量催比剂的二甲醚生成速率。

Abstract:Effects of temperature and weight hourly space velocity (WHSV) on catalytic performance in liquid phase dimethyl ether synthesis from syngas were studied under 3.0 MPa, impeller speed of 1250 rpm, temperature range from 250 to 280oC and WHSV range from 4000 to 7000 mL/(g.h). At a constant temperature, as WHSV increased in the range studied, the decreases in conversions of CO and H2 were observed. DME productivity reached its maximum at WHSV of 6000 mL/(g?¤h). At 250 oC, methanol selectivity increased whereas DME selectivity decreased with WHSV increasing.
