摘    要:本文提出了一种新型的可控制备纳米级电极对的方法, 并用该法制备了纳米级间距的金电极对. 此方法简便且无需复杂的设备和技术, 同时可以对电极对间距在几纳米到几百纳米间进行调控, 可望进一步推广到分子电子器件的制备研究中.

Abstract:Metallic electrode pairs with angstrom or nano-scale gap play a key role in studying the electron transport in molecular electronic and nano-electronic devices. Here we report a novel method of electrochemical etching to prepare gold electrode pairs. By adjusting the parameter of the homemade feedback loop and the etching voltage,a series of electrode pairs with different sizes of gap were fabricated.
