摘    要:本文合成了两个未知氯代膦酰基丙酸甲酯和十四个新化合物,初步测定了这些化合物部分样品的生物活性。

Abstract:Fourteen new compounds with the general formula EtOP (O)(NHR')CH2-CHRCO2Me(R = H, CH3; R'=H, i-C3H7, n-C3H7, n-C4H9, Ph,PhCH2, p-BrC6H4, p -MeC6H4,o-MeC6H4, 3,4-Cl2C6H3, PhNH, CH2CH2OGH2-CH2*)haye been prepared by the reaction of methyl chlorophosphinoylpropanoate with various amines and identified by means of elemental analysis, 1R and 'H NMR.Results from the preliminary biological tests showed that some of the compounds have weak inhibitory effects to the growth of barnyard grass, but increased the weight of rape significantly.
