| Abstract: | Five title compounds were synthesized, their spectra and steric structures have been studied. The result reveals that the conformation of these compounds is chairlike, the chloro and phenyl substituents on C2 and C3 are cis to the fourmembered ring, the reaction of 1,5benzothiazepine with chloroacelyl chloride is stereospecific reaction. |
