摘    要:研究了SO4^2-/ZrO2-Al2O3固体超强酸催化剂与制备条件的关系,探讨了催化剂表面结构及晶化程度,并在N2活化条件下用脉冲色谱法考察了催化剂催化正丁烷异构化反庆活性。结果表明,添加A1可提高催化剂的催化剂的催化活性,降低反应温度,载铂对提高催化剂的活性和稳定性更为有效。

Abstract:The effects of the conditions such as calcination time and temperature for preparing solid superacid catalysts, SO_4/ZrO_2-Al_2O_3(SZA) and Pt-SO_4/ZrO_2-Al_2O_3, on their surface structure and crystallizability were studied. The reaction performance of the catalysts mentioned above for isomerization of n-butane was examined using pulse technique. The results showed that addition of Al_2O_3 could increase the catalytic activity and selectivity, and decrease the reaction temperature for getting the same activity; addition of Pt to SZA could increase the catalyst catalytic activity and stability more effectively.
