摘    要:应用微波方法合固相反应难于制备的Na5YSi4O12纯相,讨论了微波合成条件对产物的影响,与溶胶-凝胶法相比,微波法反应速率快,选择性强,合成的样品具有特异的聚集态,缺陷和微结构,从而导致离子导电活化能下降。

Abstract:Single phase Na_5YSi_4O_(12) which is difficult to be prepared by conventional solid state reaction, was synthesized by microwave radiation synthesis method. The relationship between synthesis conditions and the phases in products was discussed. A comparison was made of the properties of samples prepared by Sol-Gel method with those by microwave radiation synthesis method,respectively. Compared to conventional Sol-Gel method, the experimental procedure was much simplified and reaction time was shrtened when Na_5YSi_4O_(12) was prepared by microwave radiation synthesis method. The sample prepared by microwave method has a particular micro-structure,aggregating state and defect structures, which leads to the decrease of ionic conducting activation energy.
