MCM-41负载SO42-/ZrO2超强酸的性能研究

摘    要:采用浸渍-焙烧法制备了MCM-41负载SO^2-4/ZrO2(SZ)超强酸催化剂,并考察了其织构性质及酸性的变化规律。结果发现,过高的SZ负载量会引起MCM-41介孔结构的破坏,而负载量过低则不能产生超强酸性。

Abstract:A series of new superacid catalysts MCM 41 supported SO 2- 4/ZrO 2(SZ) were prepared first by an impregnation calcination method. The variation roles of their texture constructions and acid properties were investigated in detail. It was shown that, a high amount of ZrO 2 could result in the damage of the pore system of MCM 41, however, superacid sites could not formed under a low amount of SZ on MCM 41. The proper amount of SZ is about 40%. The superacidities of samples were increased with the increas\|ing of ZrO 2 contents. Both medium strong acidities and weak acidities of samples were enhanced with the introducing of SZ. The acidities of samples can be adjusted by changing the amount of SZ on MCM 41. This may be valuable in designing catalysts for the cracking reaction of large molecule hydrocarbon.
