双水杨醛缩乙二胺烷基钴(Ⅲ)配合物的电化学行为及光谱电化学表征

摘    要:用循环伏安法研究了双水杨醛缩乙二胺烷基钴(Ⅲ)配合物[RCo(Salen),R=CH_3,C_2H_5,n-C_4H_9,i-C_4H_9]在热解石墨电极上的电化学行为。RCo(Salen)的电化学氧化或还原均为可逆的单电子过程;氧化时钴的价态变化为Co~Ⅲ→Co~Ⅳ,还原时为Co~Ⅲ→Co~Ⅱ→Co~Ⅰ,并伴有Co─C键的断裂和R·自由基的产生。氧化产物和还原产物均不稳定,R影响电化学性质,随着R给电子能力的增强,氧化反应的电位和还原反应的电位均负移。光谱电化学实验的结果提供了进一步的验证.

Abstract:A series of 4 alkyl cobalt Schiff base chelates(RCo(Salen),R=CH_3,C_2H_5,n-C_4H_9,i-C_4H_9) have been studied by cyclic voltammetry and absorption spectroelectrochemistry,using PGE and RVE as the working electrodes,respectively.The RCo(Salen)takes one electron reversible oxidation and reduction processes.The valent variation of cobalt in chelates involved in electrode reactions and the cleavage of the Co-C bond in both pocesses are analyzed.The effect of axial ligand R on the electrochemical behavior was presented.The ECE electrochemical mechanism was described.In order to get further verification,the absorptive spectroelectrochemical experiment has been done,and its result is consistent with the previous mechanism.
