摘    要:以纳米TiO2为吸附材料分离富集了稀土离子Y,Yb,Eu,La,Dy,Tm,Sm,Ho,Nd和Pr,研究了其吸附性能,并将吸附于纳米TiO2上的稀土离子直接制成悬浮体,用氟化辅助电热蒸发等离子体原子发射光谱(FETV-ICP-AES)进行检测,考察了上述稀土离子的蒸发行为.结果表明,基体元素可与待测物在灰化阶段完全分离,在优化的实验条件下,检出限和RSD结果均与文献值基本一致.

Abstract:In this paper, nanometer-size titanium dioxide(NSTD) is employed as a new type of adsorption material to separate and concentrate trace rare eartHElements(Y, Yb, Eu, La, Dy, Tm, Sm, Ho, Nd, Pr).The results show that NSTD can quantitatively adsorbed the ions of the elements under the condition of optimal pH(7.0).The ions adsorbed on NSTD can be directly determined with fluorination assisted electrothermal vaporization inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(FETV-ICP-AES) through slurry sampling without elution at proper ashing temperature(600℃) and vaporization temperature(2400℃).The detection limit of those elementSIs 0.1, 0.08, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.1, 0.4, 0.1, 0.3 and 0.5 ng, respectively, and the corresponding RSD is 2.0%, 1.6%, 2.9%, 2.1%, 3.0%, 1.6%, 2.2%, 1.4%, 2.7% and 3.1%, respectively.
