摘    要:报道了非蛋白质类活性物质青霉素G在反胶团相转移提取中的特性和机理。结果表明,青霉素G在CTAB/正辛醇:氯仿(4:1,V/V)反胶团体系中的相转移提取为离子对静电作用与胶团溶解机理;在室温及pH值5~8的条件下,提取率在90%以上,且保持了青霉素的稳定性。

Abstract:This paper reports the extraction properties and mechanisms of a non-protein active matter penicillin G by reverse micelles using the phase transfer technique for the first time. It is shown that the mechanisms of the phase transfer extraction of penicillin G using CTAB/n-octanol : chloroform(4 : 1) reverse micellar system are ion-pairing electrostatic interactions and micellar solubilisation. It is also shown that the extraction is above 90% in the pH range from 5 to 8 in which penicillin G is stable at room temperature.
