[99mTcN(PNP5)(NOEt)]+新型心肌灌注显像剂研究

摘    要:以氯化亚锡为还原剂, SDH(丁二酰二酰肼)为供氮体, 经配体交换反应得到99mTcN(PNP5)·(NOEt)]+, 通过TLC和HPLC分析, 其放化纯度大于90%. 该标记物是一种体外稳定性良好的阳离子配合物, 在小鼠和狗体内的心肌初始摄取量高, 滞留好, 肝和肺等非靶组织清除快, 有利于早期心肌显像, 有望成为一种新型的心肌灌注显像剂.

Abstract:was prepared through ligand exchange reaction and its radiochemical purity was over 90% measured by TLC and HPLC. The results of charge character and stability studies indicate that ~+ is a cation with a good stability. Studies on the biodistribution in mice and SPECT imaging in dog show that ~(99m)TcN(PNP5)(NOEt)]~+ possessed a high myocardial uptake and good retention, and high target to non-target ratios, suggesting that it may be a potential myocardial perfusion imaging agent.
