| Abstract: | Acidum nicotinicum-FET was constructed by using acidum nicotinicum-S336 as a electro-active material. The sensor gives Nernstian response to acidum nicotinicum in the concentration range from 6. 3×10-1 to 1. 2×10-4 mql/L, and the potential is almost independent of pHover the range from 6. 5～9. 4, and was applied to the determination of tabellae acidi micotinici, the results correspond with the pharmacopoeia. |
