摘    要:用阳极氧化法制备了填料式Al2O3-Al载体,经浸渍H2SO4后再焙烧制得SO42-/Al2O3-Al固体酸催化剂.用SEM,BET,XRD和NH3-TPD等手段对其进行了表征,结果显示,载体Al2O3膜为无定形结构,SO42-/Al2O3-Al为中等酸强度的固体酸.用乙酸-乙醇酯化催化反应评估了该固体酸的催化性能,显示出催化剂具有较高的催化活性,且稳定性较好.

Abstract:A novel solid acid SO 2- 4/Al 2O 3-Al catalyst for catalytic distillation was prepared by impregnation of anodized aluminium plates formed by anodic oxidation of high-purity aluminium foils with aqueous H 2SO 4, and characterized by SEM, BET, XRD and NH 3-TPD. XRD patterns of the samples show that the support anodized Al 2O 3 layer is amorphous oxide supporting. NH 3-TPD results show that the catalyst has intermediate acid sites. The catalyst was active for the esterification of acetic acid with ethanol, and can be reused directly for 5 times, which means the catalyst has a good stability.
