| Abstract: | Oxidechlorides, -bromides, and -iodides of Niobium and Tantalum We report on oxidehalides of the 5- and 4-valent niobium and tantalum, the most of which are chemically transportable. A new class of compounds (mNb2O5 + NbOCl3) is indicated. |
