| Abstract: | One pure isomer of the title compound was obtained,and its crystal structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.C_21H_31ClNO_7PS,M_r=507.97,triclinic,space group P1,crystal data:a=10.475 (4),b=11.165(3),c=12.484(2),α=76.65(2),β=81.05(2),γ=65.54(2)°,V=1290.1(7) 3,Z=2,D_x=1.31 g/cm3,μ=3.22 cm-1,F(000)=536,the final R=0.073 and Rω=0. 083 for 2851 observed reflectionsI≥3σ(I)].The configuration of the chiral phosphorus atom P(1) is R. |
