固定化脂肪酶催化碳酸二甲酯制备生物柴油的研究

摘    要:以介孔硅材料(MPS)为载体将脂肪酶固定化,以碳酸二甲酯为酰基受体,对固定化酶催化碳酸二甲酯进行了反应路径(原料油)、反应条件(反应温度、碳酸二甲酯的用量、加水量)的优化,在最佳的条件下对实验过程中所用的固定化酶进行重复使用性的考察.实验结果表明,不同种油与碳酸二甲酯反应在同定化酶的催化下制备生物柴油的产率以麻疯树油为最高,最佳反应条件是碳酸二甲酯的浓度为16mL/g、不加水,在50℃下反应24h,生物柴油得率达81.6%.

Abstract:In this study, biodiesel was synthesized by transesterification of oil and dim ethyl carbonate catalyzed by immobilized lipase (CLL@MPS) at various conditions. Experimental investigation of the kind of oil revealed that the conversion of biodiesel was maximized with jatropha oil. For the enzymatic production of biodiesel, the optimum conditions were the amount of dim ethyl carbonate (16mL/g), reaction temperature (50?C), reaction time (24h) and the amount of water added (no water added). The yield of biodiesel finally reached 81.6% under the optimum condition.
