SCR催化剂碱(土)金属中毒的研究进展

摘    要:在选择性催化还原(SCR)烟气脱硝系统中,催化剂碱(土)金属中毒和再生受到广泛关注。本文综述了SCR脱硝催化剂碱(土)金属中毒的失活机理及基于分子水平上碱金属中毒的研究新思路,并根据催化剂的各种失活机理,有针对性地综述了提高催化剂抗碱金属中毒的途径及中毒催化剂的再生方法。

Abstract:In the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) flue gas denitration system, alkali ,alkaline earth metal poisoning and regeneration of catalysts have aroused widespread concern. This paper describes and compares the research progress of alkali metal poisoning mechanism of the SCR denitration catalysts and research thought based on the molecular level. According to the mechanism of catalyst deactivation, the methods designed to improve the resistance to alkali metal and regeneration methods of poisoning catalyst are reviewed.
