锡类络合物在糖衍生物合成中的区域选择性

摘    要:锡类化合物在选择性糖衍生物合成中应用得相当广泛,亚甲锡烷基方法在吡喃糖衍生物合成中体现了高区域选择性。本文从三丁基锡醚和二丁基锡缩醛与糖类形成的络合物结构出发,揭示了其区域选择性的根本原因在于通过聚合作用使得处于不同位置的羟基显示不同的电负性和亲核性;还讨论了吡喃糖类中不同类型的多元醇系统和锡络合后所表现的区域选择性。

Abstract:The stannylene based approach to regioselective sugar derivatization has been widely employed and reflects the satisfactory regioselectivity.
