Abstract:As a new type of semiconductor nanomaterial, quantum dot (QDs) has attracted wide attention in the field of health analysis in recent years because of its excellent photochemical properties, such as large Stokes shift, good biocompatibility, anti-photobleaching, long fluorescence lifetime, strong photocatalytic activity, as well as unique electrical properties such as dielectric limiting effect and coulomb blocking effect. This article focuses on the latest research results and progress of QDs in the analysis and detection of ions, small molecule compounds (antibiotics, biotoxins, etc.), biological macromolecules and microorganisms in sanitary samples, and provides new reference directions and ideas for the further research, development and application of QDs.
