| 摘 要： | 综述了40多年来大环烷构象的研究进展，将大环烷分为偶数和奇灵敏环分别对其构象研究进行讨论，得出大环烷构象的一般规律，并介绍了有关大环化合物构象的命名法则。

| Abstract: | The research progress of macrocycloalkane conformations in the past 40 years were reviewed through discussing the conformation of even and odd macrocycloalkane respectively. The law of macrocycloalkane conformations was estallished and some nomenclatures for the large ring conformation are introduced. |
