摘    要:研究了硅胶整体柱的制备工艺及温度、pH对凝胶化过程的影响,探讨了不同的四甲氧基硅烷/聚乙二醇比例、不同制也剂浓度对柱结构的影响,以及不同焙烧温度和酸活化处理方法对柱体Si0H含量和线性收缩率的影响,由此确定最佳制备条件。结果表明,采用改进的溶胶-凝胶工艺制备的硅胶整体柱,无开裂变形现象;不同制备条件,可以产生具有不同微米级鞍形骨架、微米级大孔和纳米级中孔的整体柱,可适合不同物质的分离和分析。

Abstract:In this paper a new approach of preparing monolithic silica column was presented. The effect of pH value and temperature of water-bath in the process of gelation were investigated. The influence of different TMOS/PEG ratio and concentrations of porogenic diluent on monolithic silica column and the change of Si-OH content of monolithic column with roasting temperature were also discussed. The result shows that by adopting the improved sol-gel technology, the monolithic silica column do not crack and deform, and the columns possess both continuous through-pore and silica skeleton with appropriate open mesopore size in different preparation conditions, which can meet the needs of separation and analysis of different-molecular-mass solutes.
