摘    要:近年来,以流体动力学为基础的逆流色谱仪在天然产物与生化药物分离中得到了广泛应用。柱设计是色谱体系的核心环节,分离柱管子的几何形状、安装方式,分离柱的位置、体积等因素都会对色谱行为和分离效率产生不同的影响。本文对基于流体动力学的现代逆流色谱分离柱的研制进展与应用情况进行综述,并对未来逆流色谱的改进进行了展望。

Abstract:In the recent years, counter-current chromatography based on hydrodynamic has been widely used in the separation of natural products and biochemical drugs. And column design is the core of the chromatographic system, the geometry and installation of the pipe, the position and volume of the separation column, and other factors will produce significant difference on the chromatographic behavior and separation efficiency. In this paper, the latest development and application of modern counter-current chromatographic separation column based on hydrodynamics are reviewed , and the prospect of future counter-current chromatography is also presented.
