| Abstract: | The theoretical deduction of absolute analysis method in high performance liquid chromatography with UV Vis detector is introduced. Its application in the quantitative analysis of aminoacids and aromatic amines and the investigation of the effect of eluent on the molecular absorptivity are briefly illustrated. |
