摘    要:Ⅰ-Ⅲ-Ⅵ族三元量子点是一种新型的胶体纳米晶,具有不含Cd、Hg、Pb等有毒重金属元素、带隙较窄、自吸收小、光吸收系数和Stokes位移大、发光波长可达近红外区且可调等优势,在发光二极管、太阳电池和生物应用方面具有很大的前景.本文综述了Ⅰ-Ⅲ-Ⅵ族三元量子点合成方法、光学性质和生物应用的研究进展,为相关学科的研究提供基础.

Abstract:I?III?VI quantum dots are novel colloidal nanocrystals, which have many virtues, such as free-heavy metal elements, low bandgap energy, high molar absorption coefficient, large Stokes shift, tunable emission wavelength in the range of near infrared, etc. These advantages endue it with bright future in light-emitting diode, solar cells and biological application. To provide a basis for the study of related disciplines, this paper reviewed the progress of I?III?VI quantum dots in synthesis method, optical property and biological application fields by referring above fifty literatures.
