摘    要:以邻硝基苯胺为起始原料,经过氧化、Beirut反应、缩合反应3步合成产品喹烯酮,总收率73.4%.产品经HPLC分析,质量分数为98.5%.并通过m.P.、IR、1H NMR和13C NMR确证其结构.

Abstract:An improved method for synthesis of quincetone was reported. Quincetone was synthesized from 2-nitroaniline through three steps:oxidation,Beirut reaction and condensation. The overall yield was 73.4%,and the purity was 98.5% by HPLC. Furthermore,it was confirmed by analytical and spectral data (m.p.,IR, ~1H NMR and ~ 13 C NMR).
