摘    要:石墨烯是碳材料家族新兴成员之一,因其具有化学性质稳定、良好生物兼容性、催化性、零带隙、特殊的电子能带等特点而受到科学家们广泛关注。 石墨烯特殊的六元环基底平面对很多分子、离子具有亲和性,可通过非共价键或共价键将目标物质富集于表面,大多数情况下被吸附的物质在特定条件下易解吸且不会引起其结构和性质的改变。 石墨烯因而在生物成像、生物医学、光催化、生物传感、药物载体和释放、 环境等方面应用前景广阔。 本文主要论述石墨烯和它的衍生物在生命大分子( 蛋白质和核酸) 分析化学方面的应用,并展望了其发展趋势。

Abstract:Graphene is one of the emerging members of the carbon material family. It has received extensive attention from scientists due to its stable chemical properties, good biocompatibility, catalytic properties, zero band gap, and special electronic energy bands. The special six-membered ring substrate plane of graphene has affinity for many molecules and ions. The target substance can be enriched on the surface through non-covalent bonds or covalent bonds. In most cases, the adsorbed substances are easy to be desorbed under specific conditions without causing changes in its structure and properties. Therefore, graphene has broad application prospects in bioimaging, biomedicine, photocatalysis, biosensing, drug carrier and release, environment, etc. This article mainly discusses the application progress of graphene and its derivatives in biomacromolecule ( protein and nucleic acid ) at bioanalytical chemistry, and looks forward to its application prospects.
