| 摘 要： | 羧酸的还原是有机化学中的一类重要反应，有着广泛的用途。氯化铝锂是还原羧酸的常用试剂，但是，该试剂能还原多种官能团，因此选择性较差，近年来，化学工作者研究亲报道了许多新的还原方法，如用NaBH4/I2、NaBH4/H2SO4、NaBH4/BOP体系等还原羧酸成醇以及还原羧酸成醛的特殊方法。本文拟对这些新的研究进展作一介绍。

| Abstract: | The reduction of carboxylic acid is an important reaction in organic chemistry and has extensive application in organic synthesis. Lithium aluminium hydride is commonly used to effect this reaction, but many other functional groups are also reduced by this reagent, so the reagent is a poor chemoselective one. Recently, several new reductive methods of carboxylic acids, including the reduction of carboxylic acid with NaBH 4/I 2, NaBH 4/H 2SO 4,NaBH 4/BOP reagent systems and some special methods of reduction of carboxylic acids to aldehydes have been studied and reported. The progress in the field is reviewed. |
