均匀沉淀法制备氧化锌纳米棒

摘    要:采用均匀沉淀法制备了氧化锌纳米棒,用XRD,TEM,PL等检测手段对样品进行了表征.结果表明:所得样品为长约100 nm,宽约30 nm的纤锌矿结构氧化锌纳米棒,颗粒分布均匀.其在可见光区比紫外区的荧光发射显著增强.

Abstract:ZnO nanorods were prepared by homogeneous precipitation at low temperature(80 ℃).Their structure and performance were characterized by transmission electron microscope(TEM),X-ray powder diffraction(XRD) and photoluminescence(PL).The XRD pattern indicated that the ZnO nanorods were of hexagonal nanostructure.The results of TEM image indicated that the diameters and lengths of ZnO nanorode are ca.30 nm and 100 nm,respectively.The UV emission peak at ~380 nm and the yellow-green band emission peak at ~575 nm were observed by PL spectra at room temperature.The luminescence intensity of yellow-green band is 34 times~()higher than that of UV band.
