摘    要:用水热法合成了两种结构新颖的配合物Cu(PDA)(H2O)2](Ⅰ)和Ni(PZCA)2(H2O)2](Ⅱ)(H2PDA=2,6-吡啶-二甲酸,HPZCA=2-吡嗪羧酸);利用元素分析、红外光谱和X射线单晶衍射等分析了产物的组成和结构.结果表明,两种配合物均属单斜晶系,空间群均为P21/c,中心离子Cu(Ⅱ)和Ni(Ⅱ)均采取畸变的六配位八面体配位方式;配合物I通过π-π堆积作用和氢键构筑成三维结构,配合物Ⅱ以氢键联接形成二维层状结构.此外,配合物Ⅱ中的PZCA-来自于Ni(Ⅱ)对2,3-吡嗪-二羧酸(H2PZDA)配体的催化脱羧过程.

Abstract:Two novel complexes Cu (PDA).( H2O) 2] ( Ⅰ) and Ni (PZCA) 2 ( H2O) 2 ] ( Ⅱ) (H2PDA= pyridine-2, 6-dicarboxylic acid, HPZCA = pyrazine-2-carboxylic acid) were prepared under hydrothermal conditions. The composition and structure of as-synthesized complexes were analyzed by elemental analysis and infrared spectrometry as well as single crystal X- ray diffraction. Results indicate that both the two complexes belong to monoclinic system of space group P21/c. The central Cu( Ⅱ) and Ni( Ⅱ) ions in the two coordination polymers are six-coordinated in distorted octahedral coordination manner. Three dimensional architecture of complex Ⅰis assembled through ππinteractions and hydrogen bonds, and two dimensional framework of complex Ⅱis formed via hydrogen bonds. Besides, the PZCA ligand in complex Ⅱis derived from in situ decarboxylation of the original ligand H2 PZDA promoted by Ni ( Ⅱ ) ion under hydrothermal conditions.
