摘    要:应用微量量热法测定了组胺和组氨酸对大肠杆菌生长代谢的影响规律,并用量子化学方法从组胺和组氨酸的电子结构方面对这种活性规律进行了初步探讨.

Abstract:The influencing rules of histamine and histidine on escherichia coli upgrowth processes were determined by using microcalorimetric method on a thermal activity monitor. At the same time, initial probe on the biotic alive rule was discussed by using quantum chemistry method based on electronic structure characterizations of histamine and histidine.
