摘    要:以盐酸强力霉素(DC)为模板分子、甲基丙烯酸为功能单体、乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂、四氢呋喃(THF)为溶剂.采用本体聚合法制备了DC的分子印迹聚合物.在水溶液中,采用平衡结合方法和Scatchard模型评价了该聚合物的结合特性及识别机理,并考察了DC分子印迹聚合物的选择性吸附能力.结果表明,在所研究的浓度范围内,D...

Abstract:Molecular imprinted polymers of doxycycline hydrochloride(DC) were synthesized via bulk polymerization route by using DC as the template molecule,methacrylic acid as the functional monomers,and ethylene dimethacrylate(EGDMA) as the crosslinker.Equilibrium binding experiments and Scatchard analysis were made to evaluate the binding characteristics and recognition mechanism of the DC molecular imprinted polymers in aqueous solution.Scatchard analysis showed that two classes of binding sites were produced in the polymer matrix within tested concentration range.The dissociation constant(Kd) and apparent maximum binding capacity(Qmax) for high affinity binding sites were Kd1 = 116.83 μmol·L-1 and Qmax1 = 68.98 μmol·g-1,and those for low affinity binding sites were Kd2 = 12.75 μmol·L-1 and Qmax2 = 15.13 μmol·g-1.At the same time,the imprinted polymers possessed good selective adsorption capacity for DC.
