粉苞苣挥发油化学成分的GC-MS测定分析

摘    要:利用气相色谱 质谱联用技术对粉苞苣的挥发油成分进行分析测定.从这种植物挥发油的45个峰中鉴定出27个化合物,所鉴定的组分占挥发油色谱总峰面积的77.25%.

GC-MS Analysis of the Essential Oil from Chondrilla Piptocoma
Abstract:The essential oil from chondrilla piptocoma Fisch. et Mey. was analyzed and determined by GC MS method. Forty five compounds were separated and twenty seven compounds which covered  77.25% of the total components separated in the chromatography were identified. The main constituents of the essential oil were 2 methoxy 4 vinylphenol, benzeneacetaldehyde, di n octyl phthalate and so on. Their content was 77.25% of the identified compounds.
