摘    要:采用XPS,FTIR,DSC,TGA等多种现代分析手段表征了硬脂酸修饰ZrO2 纳米微粒的结构.在四球摩擦磨损试验机上,首次评价了表面修饰ZrO2 纳米微粒用作润滑油添加剂的摩擦学性能,结果表明ZrO2 纳米微粒具有良好的抗磨减摩性

Abstract:A zirconia nanoparticle coated with a layer of stearate is characterized by FTIR, ESR, DSC, TGA and XPS. The results show that the surface modification layer effectively prevents the adsorption of water on the surface of the ZrO 2 nanometer size core. The binding of Zr 4+ and stearate is through bidentate chelating coordination. The lubrication properties of the modified ZrO 2 nanoparticles as an additive in liquid paraffin are also primarily investigated. The results show that such ZrO 2 nanoparticles have good friction reduction and antiwear properties.
