摘    要:采用N-羟基邻苯二甲酰亚胺(NHPI)和二氧化锰(MnO2)作为催化剂催化对硝基甲苯的氧化反应以制备对硝基苯甲酸;对反应条件进行了优化.结果表明,采用10%(与原料的摩尔比)NHPI和10%(与原料的摩尔比)MnO2作为催化剂,在110℃、氧气压力0.4 MPa下反应4 h,对硝基甲苯的转化率为97%,对硝基苯甲酸的分...

Abstract:p-Nitrobenzoic acid was prepared by using manganese dioxide(MnO2) and N-hydroxyphthalimide(NHPI) as catalysts to efficiently catalyze the oxidation of p-nitrotoluene.The conditions of the oxidation reaction were optimized.It was found that in the presence of 10%(molar ratio) NHPI and 10%(molar ratio) MnO2 as the catalysts,p-nitrotoluene was converted at a rate of 97% and p-nitrobenzoic acid was harvested at an isolated yield of 89% after 4 h of catalyzed oxidation at 110 ℃ under an oxygen pressure of 0.4 MPa.
