氧化钴纳米管的制备和模板剂多孔氧化铝的孔洞结构

摘    要:以草酸电解液制备的多孔氧化铝作为模板,采用硝酸钴溶液浸润法,合成出氧化钴纳米管.通过对分叉氧化钴纳米管成因研究,指出氧气气泡的作用是形成多孔氧化铝纳米孔洞结构的主要驱动力.

Abstract:The porous anodic alumina,formed in oxalic acid,was used as template to synthesize Co3O4 nanotubes via physical wetting of Co(NO3)2 solution.The formation mechanism of the porous anodic alumina membrane had also been discussed based on the biforked nanotubes.The result showed the effect of the oxygen bubbles was the main driving forces for the formation of the nanoscale pores.
