硫酸氢钠催化合成柠檬酸三丁酯

摘    要:以柠檬酸和正丁醇为原料 ,硫酸氢钠为催化剂合成了柠檬酸三丁酯 ,考察了影响产品收率的各种因素 ,确定了最佳反应条件为 :0 .1mol柠檬酸 ,醇酸摩尔比 4 .5 ,3.5g催化剂 ,反应时间 2h ,收率达 95 .6 %以上 .研究结果表明 ,硫酸氢钠是合成柠檬酸三丁酯的优良催化剂

Abstract:Tributyl citrate was synthesized from citric acid and n_butanol with sodium bisulfate as catalyst. The effect of factors on the yield was studied and the best reaction conditions were found. It went as follows: based on 0.1mol citric acid, molar ratio of n_butanol to citric acid was 4.5, mass of catalyst was 3.5g, reaction time was 2h. The yield of tributyl citrate reached 95.6%. The experimental results showed that sodium bisulfate is an excellent catalyst for synthesis of tributyl citrate.
