| 摘 要： | 使用Fura - 2荧光探针技术 ,检测细胞内的镧离子浓度 La3+]i 变化 ,研究其跨膜行为。结果显示 ,细胞外镧 La3+]o(0 .1mmol/L)可使细胞内镧离子浓度增加 ,说明镧离子能够跨越小鼠心肌细胞膜 ,讨论了跨膜机理。 |

| Abstract: | The change of intracellular lanthanum concentration was detected by Fura 2 fluorescent probe technique and La 3 trans membrane behavior was studied. Fura 2 loaded isolated rat ventricular cells were exposed to 0.1mmol/L extracellular lanthanum ion concentration, intracellular lanthanum concentration La 3 ] i increased. Research findings in isolated rat venticular cells indicate that La 3 rapidly crosses the sarcolemma of these cells. The mechanism of La 3 trans membrane behavior is discussed. |
