| 摘 要： | 研究了以邻硝基氯苯和水合肼为原料 ,在微正压下采用蒸馏分水工艺合成 1 羟基苯并三唑的工艺过程。讨论了溶剂、原料摩尔比、反应进间、反应温度等因素对反应的影响 ,最适宜操作条件为 :邻硝基氯苯与水合肼的摩尔比为 1∶4、溶剂正庚醇用量是邻硝基氯苯质量的 90 %、反应温度 1 1 8℃、反应时间 5h ,产品收率达 98.7%。 |

| Abstract: | The synthesis of 1 hydroxy benzotriazole was performed by esterification of hydrazine hydrate and O chloronitrobenzene under fractionating distillation and micropressure.Factors influencing yield were discussed.The optimum reaction conditions were as follows:the molar ratio of O chloronitrobenzene to hydrazine hydrate was 1∶4;the solvent of n heptanol was mass ratio of O chloronitrobenzene 90%;the reactiontime,the reaction temperature and the yield was 5 h,118 ℃ and 98.7%. |
