Abstract:	NAcylpyrazoles have attracted more and more attention as acylating agents. In this paper, it is focused on the preparation of Nacylpyrazoles as well as their utilities in organic synthesis, e.g. alcholysis, aminolysis, Grignard reaction and Reformatsky reaction.
