纳米CeO_2的生物模板法制备

摘    要:选择孔道丰富的锯末、竹炭、滤纸等廉价可再生的原料为模板,结合溶胶-凝胶法成功地制备了纳米CeO2颗粒.借助X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)及高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)对所制备的纳米材料的晶型和形貌进行了表征.测试结果表明产物均为结晶性良好的球形立方晶系CeO2,样品的粒径分布范围较窄,其平均直径依次为17,15,10 nm左右.

Abstract:CeO2 nanoparticles were synthesized successfully by using porous,low-cost,reproducible sawdust,bamboo charcoal,and filter paper as biologic templates in conjunction with sol-gel method.The structure and morphology of the as-synthesized samples were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results indicate that ceria samples exhibit a spherical structure and have an average diameter of ca.17nm,15nm and 10 nm,respectively.And they had a narrow size distribution.
