酞菁铜掺杂SnO2超微粒子复合膜的研究

摘    要:在三-(2,4-二特戊基苯氧基)-一-(8-喹啉氧基)酞菁铜中掺杂SnO2超微粒子复合成膜,发现SnO2与酞菁铜分子之间有一定的相互作用,对酞菁铜分子的结构有一定的破坏;气敏性研究表明掺杂后导电率提高一个数量级,稳定性提高。

Abstract:Multiple films of copper phthalocyanine derivative embedded SnO2 ultrafine particleswere studied. The results indicated that there is interaction between CuPc and SnO2, and struc-ture of CuPc is destroyed to some extent. Gas-sensitivity measurements show that conductanceof LB films after embedding increases about one order of magnitude, stability of gas-sensing alsoincreases.
