摘    要:研究了CuO-ZnO-Al2O3/HZSM-5系列双功能催化剂催化含N2合成气直接制二甲醚的性能,考察了助剂和催化剂制备方法对反应性能的影响,结果表明,在CuO-ZnO-Al2O3/HZSM-5催化剂中加入ZrO2,有利于提高催化活性;用胶体沉积法制备的CuO-ZnO-Al2O3/HZSM-5双功能催化剂,其CuO晶粒小,分散好、易于还原,同时增强了各组分间的协同作用,表现出良好的催化性能。

Abstract:The effects of catalyst composition on the performance of the bifunctional catalyst for conversion syngas derived from natural gas CPO and air to dimethyl ether was investigated using XRD and TPR techniques. It was found that CuO ZnO ZrO 2 Al 2O 3/HZSM 5 is a good catalyst. Different preparation methods, including colloid sedimentation, precipitation sedimentation, impregnation, mechanical mixing, were studied as well. It was found that the catalyst prepared by colloid sedimentation provides the highest activity and the impregnation results in the lowest. Combined the results of XRD and TPR, it is deduced that high dispersion could decrease the temperature of reduction and enhance the activity. The results also demonstrate that preparation methods influence the combination of methanol synthesis and methanol dehydration and the synergetic effect between Cu and ZnO.
