摘    要:硫酸根促进型固体超强酸催化剂,因具有活性好、适用面广、易与产物进行分离、对反应器设备腐蚀小、对环境污染小以及可重复使用等优点,成为当前催化领域的研究热点之一1,2].但由于该类催化剂稳定性不够理想而尚未实现工业化.为了提高催化剂的稳定性和选择性,人们从催化剂制备方法上做了很多有益的尝试3].我们通过对催化剂进行改性,在廖世军4]等人沉淀-混合共沉淀法的基础上进一步改进,制得新型氧化钐固体超强酸催化剂S2O82-/ZrO2-SiO2-Sm2O3,在乙酸丁酯、乳酸丁酯的酯化反应中显示出较高的活性和稳定性5].本文采用红外光谱测试技术…

Abstract:The system of the catalyst S_(2)O_8~(2-)/ZrO_(2)-SiO_(2)-Sm_(2)O_(3) were studied by IR,and the effect on the catalyst characters by different Si/Zr atom ratio,immersing solution and rare earth were studied.The result showed that the catalyst has the best activity when the Si/Zr atom ratio is 15%,3.0% Sm_(2)O_(3) and immersing solution was S_(2)O_8~(2-) instead of SO_4~(2-).The deduction of S_(2)O_8~(2-) maybe formed a bridge structure with Zr not with Si were explained well here.
