摘    要:采用等体积浸渍法制备系列Au/Cu/FLA催化剂,考察了催化剂在干、湿气氛及高浓度CO_2气氛下对CO低温氧化的催化能力,并采用N_2物理吸脱附、透射电子显微镜、 X射线粉末衍射、红外光谱等表征手段对催化剂进行表征.实验结果表明:Au/Cu/FLA系列催化剂都具有较好的初始活性;与干气氛相比,湿气氛下催化剂的稳定性较好;表征结果初步判断引起本系列催化剂失活的可能的主要因素是碳酸盐产生覆盖活性位点与催化剂表面-OH丢失共同作用的结果.

Abstract:Au/Cu/FLA series catalysts were prepared by the iso-volume method. The relationship between catalyst-structrue and initial activity, dry-feed stable, wet-feed stable catalytic performance of catalysts were investigate by BET, TEM X-ray diffraction and Infrared spectrum. The experimental result indicated: The Au/Cu/FLA series catalysts performanced good initial activity; the reaction stability is better in wet atmosphere then dry atmosphere. The main factors that may lead to the inactivation of the catalyst in this series are the results of the joint action of the active site of carbonate production and the loss of -OH.
