金属磷化物(NiCo)_2P/NF自支撑电极制备及其电催化研究

摘    要:利用廉价的过渡金属作为催化剂催化水分解产氢和产氧是解决能源危机的重要途径.我们制备了一种中空过渡金属磷化物自支撑电极材料(NiCo)_2P/NF,该电极材料采用生长在泡沫镍上的类普鲁士蓝Ni_3Co(CN)_6]_2作为前体,低温磷化后获得.该电极材料显示出高效的电催化水分解产氢和产氧能力,在1 mol/L氢氧化钾溶液中,达到10 mA/cm~2时,产氢和产氧过电位分别为159和210 mV,同时,将其组装成全解水装置后,仅需1.61 V电压即可达到10 mA/cm~2时,其全解水性能超过贵金属Pt/C-IrO_2(1.64 V),这使得该自支撑双金属磷化物电极有望替代贵金属用作电催化全解水催化剂.

Abstract:It is an important way to solve the energy crisis by using cheap transition metal as catalyst to catalyze the decomposition of water to produce hydrogen and oxygen. A hollow transition metal phosphide self supporting electrode material (NiCo)2P/NF has been prepared. The electrode material is a Prussian blue Ni3Co(CN)6]2 grown on foam nickel as a precursor and obtained after low temperature phosphating. The electrode material shows high efficiency of electrocatalytic decomposition of water to produce hydrogen and oxygen. When it reaches 10 mA/cm2 in 1 M potassium hydroxide solution, the hydrogen and oxygen Overpotentials are 159 mV and 210 mV respectively. At the same time, when it is assembled into a complete water removal device, it can achieve 10 mA/cm2 at a voltage of 1.61 V, and its total water removal performance is better than that of precious metal Pt/C-IrO2 (1.64 V), which makes the self-supporting bimetal The phosphide electrode is expected to replace the precious metal as the electrocatalytic catalyst.
