摘    要:首次将PdCl2-CuCl2-手性磷催化体系用于苯乙烯不对称氢酯基化反应,获得了非常好的结果,在此不对称氢酯基化反应中,考察了手性配体的结构及磷原子与钯原子的摩尔比对反应的影响,在P/Pd=2-4的范围内,获得了较高的光学产率;

Abstract:PdCl 2 CuCl 2 Chiral phosphines catalyst systems have good enantioselectivities and regioselectivities to hydroesterification of styrene. Three kinds of ligands were used. High optical purity and good chemical yields have been obtained by using the ligand DDPPI for PdCl 2 CuCl 2 catalyzed reaction. The effects of P/Pd ratio, reaction pressure, and solvent have been also investigated with this catalyst system. Asymmetric induction up to 99.0% e.e. and good regioselectivities have been obtained in the hydroesterification of styrene with carbon monoxide and alcohol.
