锰助剂对Co/ZrO2超细催化剂F—T合成性能的影响

摘    要:制备了以气凝胶超细ZrO2为载体的Co/ZrO2及Co-MZrO2催化剂;考察了Mn助剂对Co/ZrO2催化剂结构、织构1还手、H2脱附及F-T合成性能的影响。结果表明,15%Co-4.7%Mn/ZrO2是合成重质烃(C2)的合适催化剂,每立方米合成气的C5收率可达150g。

Abstract:Aerogel ZrO 2 supported Co/ZrO 2 and Co Mn/ZrO 2 catalysts were prepared. The texture, structure, reduction, desorption and F T reaction performance of these catalysts were tested after addition of manganese promoter. 15% Co 4.7% Mn/ZrO 2 catalyst was found to be an excellent suitable catalyst to synthesize long chain hydrocarbons such as oil and wax. C 5 + yield of the catalyst could reach 150 g/(m 3(CO+H 2)).
